- From the same day one month before (reservations on 6/30 are possible from 5/30), advance reservations are required by 12:00 noon, 3 days before.

Cancellation policy
- IIn case of cancellation due to customer's convenience, the following amount will be charged.
After application ～ 12:00 noon, 3 days before ・・・ no charge
12:00 noon, 3 days before and after ・・・ Full cruise fee (100%) - You can change the reservation date and time only once by contacting us by one week before, 17:00 on the previous business day (Friday if it is a weekend) .
Precautions for boarding
- We may send you an information e-mail, so please check your e-mail once you have received it. Please be aware that we will not be responsible for any failure to confirm receipt of your e-mail. If you have set up your spam filtering settings, please change them so that you can receive the e-mail.
- Please allow plenty of time to get there as it may be difficult to find the location when events are being held at the Red Brick Warehouse.
- The boat will depart on time and will not wait in case of customers' delay. If you miss the departure time due to traffic delays or suspensions, or due to traffic restrictions or congestion on the surrounding roads, we will not be able to refund any fees. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you collect the information by yourself.
- Boarding order will be guided in the order in which you are lined up after registration. The reception desk will open as soon as the boat arrives at the pier, which may be 15 minutes before the boarding time.
- The cruise ending time may be delayed.
- Basically, the event will go on as usual even if it rains, but if stormy weather is expected, the operation may be suspended or the BBQ may be cancelled. In principle, we will ask you to substitute your date.
- We reserve the right to cancel operations due to a sudden change in weather conditions during BBQ use. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please understand that refunds will not be made in such cases.
- Pets that are not in cages or other containers are not permitted on board (except guide dogs).
- Please note that TV and magazine companies may cover and film the cruise. Please inquire whether or not there will be any filming or coverage on the day of embarkation. Please note that due to weather and sea conditions, the cruise may be limited to the inside of the Bay Bridge (not passing through the Bay Bridge).

- Do you sail even in case of rain?
- We basically operate even if it rains.
However, the cruise may be cancelled due to the strong winds, even if it is not raining.
The cruise course may change due to the weather or sea conditions. - Is the seating assigned?
- The seats are not assigned.
You are free to move around while cruising. - Where and at what time do we meet?
- Please come to Pier AKARENGA, 10-15 minuites before departure. map
We cannnot wait for the passengers who are late.
Please make sure to come in time. - How many passengers are boarding?
- Normally we operate the ship with a capacity of 70 people, but it may change.
- Can we get on board on wheelchairs?
- It is possible to get on board on wheelchairs.
Depending on the size of wheelchair or the boat operating, there may be the cases not possible.
We recommend to make reservation in advance. - When do you judge cancellations?
- Basically, we judge in the morning of the day for daytime cruises, and around noon for the evening cruises.
We will inform the passengers with reservation of the cancellation as soon as possible.
The cruise may be cancelled at short notice because of sudden change of the weather.

- We have disability discounts for AKARENGA Cafe Cruise and MM⇔Haneda Jet Lines.

There are no disability discounts for Night Factory Cruise and Yokohama Fantastic Cafe Ship. - Can we bring pets with us?
- You can bring your pets if they are in cages (except for guide dogs).
- Do the boats roll? Worried about seasickness.
- The cruise courses are mainly in the inner bay and canals where the waves are relatively calm.
If you are worried about seasickness, please take medicine for motion sickness before boarding.
We don't have medicines on board.
