Please let us know your request date, time, number of people, cruise plan, cruise area(Tokyo / Yokohama), and budget by phone or by filling the necessary information in the booking form. We will respond within 3 - 5 business days.

Provisional booking is basically valid for 1 week. There will be no cancel charge if cancelled during this period.

Please let us know the final decision of the cruise by phone or e-mail, fill in and send "Cruise Application Form" by e-mail.
We will contact you after confirming the content of your application. Please transfer to the designated account within 5 days from the date of our confirmation by either 30% of the planned fee or 100,000 yen whichever is larger (if the planned amount is less than 100,000 yen, the planned amount) as a deposit. The reservation becomes valid when we confirm "Cruise Application Form" and the payment.

Please transfer the full amount of the balance after deducting the reservation fee by the day before boarding (excluding weekends and holidays).
The ship will depart from the reserved pier. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the departure time.
